Andrew Newmark is the CHRO for Marriott International in the APEC (Asia Pacific exclude Greater China) region. He has over 30 years of experience in the hotel business and human resources.
Andrew has held generalist HR and COE leadership roles throughout his career. Over the past 10 years, he has led the region’s HR function through the varied dynamics of M&A, the COVID pandemic, evolving talent and customer needs and expansive business growth. He is committed to leading an HR function that partners and aligns its priorities with the business strategy and brings value to employees and the organisation.
Andrew holds an MBAX in Change from the University of New South Wales / Australian Graduate School of Management and has lived in Singapore for the past 7 years.
