Yang-Sheng (YS) is an HR leader with over 15 years of experience. As Singapore Head of HR, he is responsible for executing the organisational design, leadership development, EVP and Talent management, reskilling and upskilling, and managing regulatory gaps and operational risk. He has advised Group C-suite leaders on their organisational challenges, translating strategy to target operating models and structures to support their visions for growth, efficiency or changing market needs.
He was previously the Chief of Staff to the Group HR COO of DBS where he managed HR Data, AI, RPA, strategic projects and Group-wide HR communications. An experienced HR consultant, he spent nine years in the US and SEA where he served 20+ Fortune 500 Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Oil and Gas companies.
